It was a big decision to leave Steve Harmison out of the line up, a decision that I hope the selectors don't come to rue.

At the time of going to press, England are 219 without loss in the 4th Test match in Barbados.  It looks like a mega toss for Andrew Strauss to win, on what is an absolute shirt fronter.  Strauss has set the tone with a very aggressive century and Alastair Cook is 80 odd not out.  It is great news that we are scoring quickly, let's hope that our more swingy type bowlers look more penetrating when it comes to our time to bowl.

It was a big decision to leave Steve Harmison out of the line up, a decision that I hope the selectors don't come to rue, as there looks to be a lot more pace and bounce which I am sure would have suited big Steve down to the ground.  With Andrew Flintoff injured, the decision to leave our other out and out fast bowler out of the team comes as quite a surprise.

England gave their all last week to try and claim their last West Indian wicket in Antigua, even to the point of bowling the obviously injured Andrew Flintoff into the ground.  It is amazing how every England captain seems to say, we must look after Andrew Flintoff, and yet once again I am not sure he was handled in the right manner during the five days in Antigua.

Let's hope over the next four days, the sun shines and England can this time take 20 wickets to win a Test match.
